Our jeweler created the pendant by riveting an antique stickpin top (circa 1910) to a vintage cufflink (circa 1940 1950) and adding a gold bail. The piece measures 0. 9 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 0. 6 inches wide, and it is in great condition. Note: The antique box in the photo is not included. Materials: 14k gold, Lapis lazuli.
