Vintage sets from the late 1990s had limited print runs and are long out of print, so their cards are inherently harder to find now

The print runs are once again not known but I suspect they are in the 5-10k range

Modern Horizons 2 appears to be continuing this trend, and in addition to being one of the most powerful sets of all time, its shaping up to be one of the best, too
