Ultimately this blue card depends on how easy you can get it out on turn 3 or before, but the potential is there
It's very powerful in Commander since so many things care about ETB stuff from the heavily played Mulldrifter and Eternal Witness with their ETB triggers to win cons like Impact Tremors
