The card is really good on its own and in other token decks, even when you arent specifically using it as a cat lord, and I really like that neutral loyalty ability in a go-wide deck to finish off an opponent

Consequently, Lapras commands a hefty premium over the rest of the cards in this set

Just as Magic's Pauper suffers from some centralizing strategies, Common Charity also has more expressive decks

Overall, this card is cheap to cast, cheap to buy, and can easily augment nearly any White deck's offensive suite
