From what I've been hearing it was originally started as a kickstarter business printing foil playmats (which I must admit would be pretty cool)
For the older decks, we know how they play, but we're also factoring in their total value in 2026 alongside mechanics, upgradability, and again, most importantly, whether they are fun to play
trying to keep it close to $100 When I put this deck together originally, I had Akroma, Angel of Fury, but it burns all of the red I have and it's really just 6 unblockable (give it protection from color) and that, by itself, is not good in my meta
In the end, it became clear that a majority of R&D members do not consider gum food and that an even larger group feel gum isn't eaten
It's quite a short game, though I then learned there's a Japan-only sequel which has more cards & more content in general
