I could see this black creature being a useful meta call, perhaps to deal with a variety of token commanders, especially with some recursive elements to trigger it again and again
At minimum, since every player draws for turn, Underworld Dreams will consistently satisfy Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls triggered ability, allowing the card to grow and draw three cards per turn cycle
Plus, gently milling stuff is great at ending tricks like a Sensei's Divining Top on a library or tutors that put the card on top
Participants will receive a non-foil copy of Preordain as "Prophetic Beginning." The Top 8 of the event will also receive a traditional foil copy of Death's Shadow as "Diabolos, Guardian Force." And, finally, for the player who wins it all: a traditional foil copy of City of Brass as "Bhujerba, Floating City." To add to the excitement, WPN Premium stores will also receive non-foil copies of the Death's Shadow and City of Brass promo cards, each with the name of the store stamped onto the card
