Divination reads that During your turn, whenever you draw a card, you may move 1 damage counter from chosen character to chosen opposing character, which in itself is a powerful opportunity to decrease damage, and either on the card itself or on others, and equally place this on other characters, rather than having to use up your opportunity to quest to do so, is powerful
Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor (Odyssey/Torment/Judgment) If you opened up your first pack of Odyssey in an OTJ draft, there's few cards you'd want to draft over Aboshan
The one exception is Pre-War Formalwear, which became a staple in Death and Taxes decks in Legacy as a way to reanimate your best creatures
Auras like Ethereal Armor, Battle Mastery, and Timely Ward can make Zur more formidable for an expedited win
Basically, for each MTG color, you check if you have a dragon of that color and if you do you can put a counter on it
