Dread Presence $2 My initial reaction to Dread Presence was fairly negative, but I dont think we can dismiss or ignore a card that is so close to Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle without talking about it in detail first

It would be a stronger Commander card if it said each opponent but there are a lot of 100-card decks out there that can add five-to-ten lands in a turn without anything too bananas going on

Of course, this card benefits multi-colored creatures with 3-5 colors even more
