To put it more simply, stealing your opponent's cards isn't a strategy that affords your deck any kind of synergy
In a typical Commander deck that doesn't build around her, that will likely be: Land - pretty sure Creature - likely Sorcery or Instant - at least one, maybe both Then maybe an artifact, enchantment or planeswalker That means you could easily draw four or five cards in a typical 10 set and choose the best one for the situation, like the best land your reveal
This deck struggles to win games if the opponent can hide their Pokmon from their hand by using Pokmon Communication and Junk Arm
Even sillier, there are things like "Chair Tribal" (which runs nonland cards that depict chairs of any sort), or "[artist] tribal" (which runs nonland cards with art done by a given artist)
New high quality proxies have the same thickness but they retain a distinctive, different feeling (similar to Poker cards)
