Since he usually always summons a massive amount of shadow clones, I thought it would be fitting for the effect to summon tokens in all available monster card zones, and since he likes to summon all these shadow clones every 30 seconds, I figure I should make it so this effect activates every turn at a cost (chakra, spell card?)
