I personally prefer this Izzet commander in the command zone over Krark, the Thumbless because Breeches already brings the best two colors for coin flip strategies, and the drawback for its ability is much lighter
Terra, Magical Adept / Esper Terra I mainly evaluate this card based on Esper Terra because it is way more interesting than the 3-mana 4/2 Terra, Magical Adept that mills and can replace itself
Kronk, Head of Security A Roaring Guest List is all about damaging your opponent's characters, and doing so can set off some fun combos
Seeing two cards for one mana tends to be a nice rate, and this will be especially good in this formats spell deck, but running the first copy of this seems decent in most Blue decks
