Personally, I dont think this card should be in this list: even if this sort of permission is great versus some decks, I feel the most played ones usually dont care, or trade positively with two mana counters
The original design was playing with the idea that the scry could help set up the ability for some number of turns but then it would just turn into a normal card
Since you can activate these abilities in the middle of combat or during their turn, your opponent may hesitate to commit fully to certain actions, unsure of how you might respond
