Overall, the deck is consistent, gets the plan going right out of the gate, and can survive being interacted with

Not a super strong card to play in any old deck, but it's always nice to see one of these surprise cards pop up

I use 4 copies because I want to play it especially when going first against the Blue/Purple Luffy matchup
