This card doesnt feature one of the most popular characters in the series, so it pales in comparison to something like Gear Five Luffy from OP05, but Rayleigh is a meta-defining card, meaning itll hold value for a while
If Dark Depths leaves the battlefield before its triggered ability resolves, you won't be able to sacrifice it, so you won't create Marit Lage
I think the strategy of the deck is solid and consistent, but it requires a bit more strategizing than play as many tokens as you can then cover them in +1/+1 counters. I wouldve expected this to work the other way, lore-wise
