Decrease the level of all "Zodiac Dragon" Monsters in your hand by 2
Branded Beast can tribute a Dragon you control to pop a card on the field, and during the End Phase can set up Branded Regained if that card is in the GY
I dont see any tournament upside here, though, so its a casual spec play only
