The right commander is probably Imodane, the Pyrohammer, who can spread your Burn spells out across all of your opponents to speed up your clock, but Ojer Axonil is a great alternative

The flipped land provides great utility and is at least mildly on theme

The card captures the electricity of Reno, the helicopter they flew in on to stop the gang from preventing the plate from falling, the burning in the background as the building is shot up as forces clash, and the pivotal moment before the falling plate ends it all

While you have to put two cards back on top of your library, this isn't as much of a downside as you might think
