It is wise to try out Ancient Forest in the case you control a 2400+ DEF monster (activate the Forest first due to the high DEF monster) in order to destroy the Tokens upon colliding with the shield monster and inflicting extra damage
If you really need cards that bring lands back from the graveyard, and an effect like Crucible of Worlds is not good enough, this is an ok way to do that
