Thinking about cards to include to utilize its strengths For example, if you are aiming to recruit it using The True Name, Include many cards that fix the top of the deck Include other cards that provide benefits while the top of the deck is fixed (revealed) Support cards like these will be necessary

Promise not to use it and most people should be fine with it

Also, you must still have at least one Basic Pokmon in your deck if you otherwise only have Pokmon LEGENDs in your deck
