Scroll Rack Getting a fresh new hand of cards for only one mana each turn can get pretty busted pretty quick, especially when you combine Scroll Rack with other methods of drawing cards and ways to shuffle away the chaff
If shes mildly playable to completely unplayable (which is unlikely) in all formats, well see her down towards $5-$7
Well build the deck with our favorite Jund sacrifice outlets (heres looking at you, Shadowheart, Dark Justiciar) to pile up the counters and just start smashing
It's strong everywhere, but it has enhanced value in archetypes that care about counters generally, +1/+1 counters specifically, proliferate tricks for multicolor brews looking to add loyalty counters for their planeswalkers, four and five-color decks, Commanders with evasion, Commanders with a power that, when increased by 1 get a faster kill, Equipment, Aura, and Voltron decks looking to get in kills with their Commander, and loads more
Its why Mirran Crusader can be so strong, and its why I think that aspect should be explored more
