It got a pretty big mana cost attached to it, but you get to exile any nonland permanent, and you can put this card in any deck
Creature - Avatar Brallin, Skyshark Rider Partner with Shabraz, the Skyshark (When this creature enters, target player may put Shabraz into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) Whenever you discard a card, put a +1/+1 counter on Brallin and it deals 1 damage to each opponent
There's one MTG Modern deck that's sticking out a little bit above the rest of the field, but we don't think there's anything egregious enough to target with outright bans
As someone who is playing through the FFVII remake I get all the references and the flavor is absolutely spot-on, but it really feels like playability was sacrificed for flavor
