I'm not much of a red or white player, but I can't deny that Lightning, Army of One has the potential to be broken in most formats

They're in it for the love of Pokmon and the love of collecting, and the joy they really get about completing a set that they're working on or getting a new card they've been really, really excited about, and not about like, was I able to get a card for $10 and flip it and make $20? In fact, it wasnt until recently that Coop was able to start making any real money from the venture
Thats right, no 6 mana or less stipulation, no putting them on top or in your hand, just tutor up your winning board state and put it into play
That being said it does have some downsides as some cards can really punish you for using abilities, drawing or discarding
