Great question and short answer: you can get very close, but you cant fully replicate real MTG cards with an inkjet printer
given that its listed in Near Mint condition, with the Summer Magic Animate Dead card being close to thirty years old, its no wonder that its more valuable than the vast majority of other cards
Currently, we are restricting these changes to digital-only cards, where there will be no conflict between a digital and printed version of a card
This is especially true of hard tomove cards, oddities and foils, low-end rares, and most commons and uncommons (with the exception of hot tournament staples)
Cyclopean Snare just taps a creature, both Puppet Strings and Icy Manipulators have better taps for less than 3 mana (one can untap creatures, the other can tap down non-creatures as well)
