Instead, look at certain effect monsters, spells and traps, and see whether they'll fit into a deck or not
Simplified Chinese cards are cheaper than their English counterparts due to Simplified Chinese cards being perceived to be in high supply, and while Traditional Chinese cards are scarcer, the difficulty in differentiating Simplified and Traditional Chinese for the untrained eye made it that Traditional Chinese cards do not command a significant bump in price
Casting it is difficult, but if you're reanimating via the graveyard, white can do it for 1 mana and black for 2, so it could easily fit as an alternative route for those decks
There's an Un- rule that says if you just can't get an outside person to make a choice, an opponent gets to choose, but please make every effort to avoid invoking that rule
