There are a couple of different decks that play FOMO right now
The rules text said, "a creature with intimidate can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it." That really just moved the problem around to the other colors
Additionally, if the permanent or token destroyed was controlled by its owner, this card can function as an effective source of card draw which is sorely needed for white decks
