With so much Goad, so many treasures, and plenty of cheap interaction to disincentivize board wipes, it feels like the format is being curated in a direction that might not satisfy the playerbase

All he needs is a legendary artifact or creature to sacrifice in defense

Counter based team buffs and cheaper PWs will both have a shot in EDH, and casual demand will buoy the card a few years out if nothing else on the back of the unique set of effects

I think letting these just be normal sets is just the world were going to have to live with
