The only issue is hell need to stay on the field for a turn to use his banish effect, since he cant use it turn one if hes summoned through rank-up, but thats not too tough since his survival effect isnt once per turn and hell have anywhere from 1-4 uses of it Number 97: Draglubion: This guys your setup into the OTK if you can get it
