Its worth noting that mana rocks grow increasingly stronger as newer spellslinger commanders like Vivi Ornitier and Sokka, Tenacious Tactician care about noncreature spells in general, not just instants and sorceries

I dont think itll stir up too much trouble in Standard, but it may prove an effective hatebears or aggro commander in EDH

That's nasty strong stuff since 5 copies of many creatures will often win fast

It remains to be seen if a Princess/Queen control deck can be viable, but if so, this could be an option
