In general, I would guess its more likely to be found in a B/W deck, taking advantage of stuff like Silkwrap, or Abzan with its Charge and Anafenza (at least in Standard)

Meanwhile, Tidus, Blitzball Star is unfortunately the worst multicolor uncommon in the set
