Apart from the 6 basic lands, a Commander deck may not contain double cards and in the choice of cards for the deck you are also limited to the colors of your Commander
That means it works more like an instruction in the middle of a spell or ability, similar to draw a card
negate the attack, and if you do, gain LP equal to that monster's ATK
