Self mill is nice, and getting to cast from the yard repeatedly is well worth the price of entry

Your spells from exile and graveyard are reduced by two as well as plotting

Three mana for a 2/2 might have cut it back in 2002, but in 2024 I dont think so

The fact they printed this on a one drop is insane, I dont feel the limit of only spending it on activated abilities was enough to make this card cost just a singular mana, especially with the amount of only once per turn cards weve seen in the last few years
