My lead isn't big, but it's nice to have the top spot, if only for the moment
Requiring only three fighting energies, this card deals a massive damage of 140 while simultaneously discarding an energy card from the opponent's Active Pokmon
The complaint here is that neither card is a good draw in the mid to late game

Pyretic Ritual at $25 makes sense, and theres Commander demand for Balefire Liege and Maelstrom Nexus, but a lot of these cards have quite a ways to fall
While we dont want to raise Bear all the way to Carnivore (which would include far too many mammals) or even Caniform (its too important for Wolves to be their own type,) one step up on the taxonomical ladder from Bear is Arctoidea, which includes Bears and Mustelids (see my guide to Badgers.) Still, here I think were starting to get weird
