Granting your tokens haste seems nice, but red has access to better haste enablers that haste out your entire board her first ability just feels a little bit weird to me
While there are benefits to having a stronger commander that draws cards, builds a board or generates mana, this has the tendency to build your deck to function with your commander, and you might not have access to all of the effects you would have liked or needed to make your commander shine in your Limited card pool
