Most of these cards are in non-blue colors, which means Naban, Dean of Iteration would have to be part of the 99 rather than the commander

Windfall Windfall is an awesome blue wheel card

Paired with Lathril, it can do some real work, and can also just be a swell Aura to run in a non-Enchantress deck
