I love it on a red colored Commander that has another form of evasion, like flying, such as Rith, the Awakener that's flying and wants to deal combat damage to a player as well, so it has the infrastructure like Rogue's Passage there too

The deck would lose Sheoldred, but Raffine holds the deck together, so it could make sense to do something here

Awesome with Griselbrand, but its useless with cards like Archon of Cruelty or Woodfall Primus

If acquiring cards and sticking to only a few decks seems like a hassle, which sometimes it is, there are other fun ways of playing the game
