The decks in the Core Set 2020 Spellslinger Starter Kit have some decent rares, and pretty much one card you're looking to draw each game

If you pick up a couple of UR/UB duals and a World Map, you could use those to splash the powerful Shantotto, Tactician Magician, which plays incredibly well with those spells
