According to the official Collecting Final Fantasy x MTG article, the rarity distribution is: An uncommon FCA card 63.25% of the time, A rare FCA card 29.75% of the time, or A mythic rare FCA card 7% of the time Keep in mind that you only find an FCA card in a third of your Play boosters
The deck is filled with creatures with powerful ETB effects, such as Palace Jailer and Setzer, Wandering Gambler, to generate tons of value and win the game through a massive boardstate
This means that 23.4% of the time (so just under one fourth of the time) you will open at least one extra rare or mythic rare in the Set Booster, and that's just from the wildcard slots
Bitter Triumph This two-mana instant destroys two possible targets like Hero's Downfall, but you'll have to spend three life this time, not two, on resolution like Infernal Grasp above
