I was kind of excited about this card until I realized the +1/+1 was until end of turn and not a +1/+1 counter

Exile is nice, that probably more than offsets the risk of the 3/3 token but the sorcery speed on top of the target restriction makes this undesirable for most cube settings

Then, to reward you for all your spell casting, Lord of the Nazgl turns all your instants and sorceries into 3/3 Wraith creatures, that have the chance to become 9/9s once you have nine of them
