Based on this experimenation, it seems like the Sapphire/Steel deck is more aggressive , with new cards boosting Strength and increasing Resistance, while the Amber/Amethyst deck is more about mitigating and removing damage
I expect to see this card slot into Convoke, but if not, it'll definitely see play down the line since its compatriot, Resolute Reinforcements, sticks around for five years in Standard as well
