It reads great, but it takes up a slot for which there are other mythic rares that are in dire need of a reprint

like the VMAX mechanic, Pokmon VSTAR evolve from Pokmon V to make an upgraded form

Other than that, if a dedicated build based on this card doesnt emerge in some format, I think this is likely not that interesting to non-casual players
