And sure, this can grant indestructibility when it enters, or can do it at instant speed if you have the mana for disguise which means that it will kill whatever blocks it and survive thanks to death touch and indestructibility, but it seems like youre just paying too much mana for this no matter how you deploy it
A lot of Naya cEDH decks close out games with Birthing Pod lines, and this can be a great way to get a 3-drop for the combo and some other creature you need, which can offer protection from spot removal
What that means is that while the shiny rate for Community Day is usually somewhere around 4-5% (it feels a bit higher recently), for special raid days like this, its probably more like 15-25%, though I havent been able to nail down an exact figure
it works really well both mechanically and thematically and its a great successor to fear
As a 6-drop, a 6/6 with reach gums up the board very nicely, and then the landfall triggers help you to close out the game with a bunch of card advantage in the following turns
