You may search your library, pause, sigh, check out your graveyard, frown meaningfully at your opponent, then finally grab a game-winning sorcery card from your sideboard
It does force the Monster Fusion summoned with it to be the only one able to attack for the rest of the turn, but it's often used as a closer, rather than for fusing
Once The Great Henge's last ability has triggered, you'll draw a card even if you can't put a +1/+1 counter on the creature for some reason (most likely because it has left the battlefield)
