You can set this line up on the bench, using a 1-1-1 line, then when a high HP Pokemon is put into the active Pokemon spot, you can put Raticate BREAK into the active Pokemon spot and get it down to only 10 HP, then switch out Raticate BREAK the next turn for a Pokemon that can do at least 10 damage
If you were to try this out, you might want to run Jace's Phantasm and maybe even Cruel Somnophage for meaty creatures that aid the damaging mill plan
