The 'downside' to this card is that you get to give an opponent two Treasure tokens, which under any other circumstance would be bad, since giving your opponent mana isnt great
While it does suffer a little bit in its power level in comparison to other powerful Magic: The Gathering cards, like Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Emrakul, the World Anew's playability more than makes up for it
