If you reveal more than one Devourer of Destiny from your opening hand, you'll put that many triggered abilities on the stack at the beginning of your first upkeep
Granted, it's a bit harder to swing a Vehicle deck with Breya, because your decisions are more deliberate if you end up selling your ace Vehicle for a bit of commander damage, you're just asking to lose a carefully stacked advantage
If it survives, it does cost three mana to recast, but when the counters are placed on an Artifact like Urabrasks Forge or Migloz, Maze Crusher, the three mana becomes a cost worth investing in
