I would rate this card a 2 out of 5 because even though I wouldn't really use this card it isn't the worst one possible to use it can still do 40 damage a turn if you're lucky and you could always retreat the card as soon as you use Find a Friend

If you have a monster on the field, Spirit Barrier prevents you from taking any battle damage

It's real tough to beat down a player who can play cards multiple times regularly, and with built in protection on the commander there's not a lot to hate

Winota, Joiner of Forces lets you bypass mana costs entirely, dumping free attackers into play each turn as long as you keep attacking

These cards are both under ten dollars and have relatively high hit rates, so although they won't help you strike it rich, they will help you expand your Pikachu collection
