This Legend card has no Poke-Power or Poke-Body but it does have two moves, its first move is called Sudden Delete and this move takes 3 energy cards, two colorless and one water and this move lets you move 1 of your opponent's benched Pokemon and all cards attached to it back to your opponent's hand
