Delighted Halfling is the only true competition for this spot, but being narrower than Birds of Paradise means its far from essential
The one thing I feel is missing in the set are reliable big X spells to close out the game, to capitalize on the sacrifice a token to make mana aspect of Kykar, but that doesnt outweigh the benefits I see in being able to create tokens and mana straight from the command zone
