Kogla is in my opinion one of the strongest standalone Green cards printed in the last year, killing a creature and then going to town on artifacts/enchantments, but it's even better in this deck since all Werewolves are also Humans on the front side, so you can use Kogla to save them from removal or give itself indestructible
That said, considering it has to be against a creature and not simply target, means you wont be getting the benefit from hitting players themselves, or opponents can simply choose not to block with one of their creatures and that means no counters, but with spells like Duel for Dominance or Ents Fury that forces Wolverine to attack an opponents creature or enchantments like Fire Whip can mitigate this restriction pretty easily
I dont have any concrete evidence to disprove the number 50 however, as anecdotal as it is Ive seen far too many for sale and know some collectors who also own them, to have only 50 wouldnt be realistic
