Cards like Secure the Wastes, Raise the Alarm, and Martial Coup make a ton of creature tokens to tap to Raff ability while triggering it themselves once you have some creatures in play

Both of those are really great if youre on the offensive, although going after your opponents creature is probably best since Agrus can exile it later

As far as being upgradable, here are my basic thoughts on the decks

It's a thematic win for Peace Offering, and you'll find that the small advantage of the gift is usually well worth how much it empowers your spell
