I cant imagine running this over Outpost Siege or Chandra, Pyromaster unless youre some sort of U/R Control deck with Perilous Vault, and even there Commune with Lava doesnt play well with counters

This deck also contains a few very strange and unique card designs that really make the Necrons stand out

Its second ability lets the monarch, whoever they are, to draw an extra card at the start of the end step

Therell be a mix of low mana value permanents that give us 1 life at a time, more expensive permanents with higher amounts of life gain, and a few one-shot big life bursts

The casting cost on this card is restrictive, but WotC really didnt want this to be a 6-mana card
